What you need to know for event day.

Your volunteer journey

1. ApplyComplete the volunteer registration form with your contact, T-shirt, dietary and safety information.
2. Get onboardedAn Event Admin reviews your application and assigns your role, zone and post.
3. PrepareSign in with your approved email and password to read the briefing and confirm your schedule.
4. Serve on event dayReport at the time shown in your Crew Portal and follow your zone lead’s instructions.

What volunteers should expect

• Your crew reporting time may be earlier than the public event start. Follow the assignment and schedule in your Crew Portal.
• Wear the assigned event attire, bring a charged phone and power bank, and check in when instructed.
• Public transport is recommended; Gardens by the Bay parking is subject to availability and prevailing charges.
• The event generally proceeds rain or shine unless the Event Operations Team announces a safety change.
• For life-threatening emergencies, call 995 first, then alert the Event Operations Team. Follow the safety and medical briefing for all other incidents.
• Do not photograph or share information about children or vulnerable persons without organiser approval.
